What the verdicts mean
- Dispersed top-5 < 25 %, no flash-loan capture path.
- Concentrated top-5 between 25 % and 50 %.
- Captured top-5 ≥ 50 % or a flash-loan of the governance token can push past quorum cheaply.
- Deployer captured the multisig threshold is met by signers flagged as belonging to the deployer cluster alone. This is the silent-governance-capture pattern most multisig audits miss.
