- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service itself (as distinguished from analyzing third-party smart contracts through the Service).
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including export control laws, sanctions, anti-money laundering laws, or computer fraud statutes.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our prior written consent.
- Submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others or that you do not have the right to submit.
- Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use, circumvents rate limits, or scrapes Service content for purposes unrelated to legitimate security analysis.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or Analysis Output.
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
- Use Content, Analysis Output, documentation, or other materials from the Service to train, fine-tune, or ground any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, or as part of retrieval-augmented generation, without our prior written consent.
7. Responsible Security Research
Sigvex is designed to support legitimate security research, auditing, and defensive use cases. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Analysis Output is provided for informational and defensive purposes only. It is not an invitation or authorization to exploit vulnerabilities in live systems.
- You are solely responsible for how you use vulnerability findings, exploit outputs, and all other Analysis Output.
- You will comply with all applicable laws regarding computer security research, reverse engineering, and vulnerability disclosure in your jurisdiction.
- You will follow responsible disclosure practices when vulnerabilities are discovered, including notifying affected parties before any public disclosure.
- You will not use Analysis Output to front-run transactions, manipulate markets, or engage in activities that harm other blockchain users.
8. API Terms
If you access the Service through our APIs, the following additional terms apply:
- API Keys: API keys are issued to you personally (or to your organization) and must not be shared, published, or embedded in client-side code.
- Rate Limits: API usage is subject to rate limits as documented in our API documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access.
- Availability: APIs are provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice. Breaking changes will be communicated in advance where feasible.
- Attribution: If you display Analysis Output generated through the API in a public-facing application, you must include attribution to Sigvex unless your Subscription terms state otherwise.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the API complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Sigvex Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code, algorithms, detection methods, user interface design, documentation, and branding (logos, trademarks, trade names), is the proprietary property of Sigvex and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
9.2 Your Content and Inputs
You retain ownership of any Analysis Inputs you submit to the Service. By submitting Analysis Inputs, you grant Sigvex a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and use those inputs solely as necessary to provide the Service and improve our analysis capabilities (in aggregated, anonymized form).
9.3 Analysis Output
Subject to these Terms, Analysis Output generated by the Service is provided to you for your use. We make no claim of ownership over Analysis Output. However, the underlying analysis algorithms, detection heuristics, decompilation techniques, and vulnerability patterns that produce the output remain our intellectual property.
9.4 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
9.5 Open-Source Components
The Service may incorporate open-source software components. Such components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses, which take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict regarding those specific components.
10. Trademarks
The Sigvex name, logo, and all related trademarks, trade names, service marks, and trade dress displayed on the Service are the property of Sigvex. You may not use any Sigvex trademark without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any Sigvex trademark for any purpose.
Other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party products, services, or trademarks does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation.
11. Fees, Payment, and Subscriptions
11.1 Free and Paid Tiers
The Service may offer free tiers with limited functionality and paid Subscriptions with enhanced features, higher usage limits, or priority access. Current pricing and feature details are available on our pricing page.
11.2 Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.
- All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of their services is subject to their terms.
11.3 Price Changes
We may change Subscription fees with at least 30 days' prior notice. Fee changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not agree to a fee change, you may cancel your Subscription before the new fees take effect.
11.4 Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a promotional offer. If you cancel a Subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access to the Service.
- We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that reduce functionality available to paid users, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
- We may perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
- We reserve the right to impose, adjust, or enforce usage limits and rate limits to ensure fair access and system stability.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING:
- We do not warrant that Analysis Output is complete, accurate, or free of false positives or false negatives. Automated security analysis has inherent limitations.
- We do not warrant that the Service will detect all vulnerabilities in analyzed contracts. The absence of findings does not mean a contract is secure.
- Decompiled source code is a best-effort approximation and may not exactly reproduce the original source code or reflect the developer's intent.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the security, functionality, or legitimacy of any smart contract analyzed through the Service.
You acknowledge that the Service should be used as one component of a comprehensive security review process and not as a sole or definitive security assessment. Decisions based on Analysis Output are made at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIGVEX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Financial losses resulting from reliance on Analysis Output, including losses from exploited vulnerabilities that the Service failed to detect.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Losses arising from actions taken by third parties based on Analysis Output you shared.
- Cost of procurement of substitute services.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sigvex and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service or any actions you take based on Analysis Output.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Analysis Inputs you submit to the Service.

- You are not listed on any applicable restricted or denied party list.
- You will not use the Service in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions laws.
17. Termination
17.1 Termination by You
You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account through your account settings or by contacting us.
17.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Service. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination.
17.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of your data prior to account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date.
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect for material changes.
- We may notify you via email, in-app notification, or a prominent notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
20. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any Subscription-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sigvex regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
